Each word must be counted.  Counting as one word only are such abbreviations as  C.O.D., U.S.A., S.A.S.E., etc.  Groups of numbers also count as one word, i.e., $19.95, 8.5x11, etc.  Maximum numerals allowed in the group is 5, i.e., an area code plus a phone number count as 3 words.  Five digit Zip Codes count as 1 word and 9 digit Zip Codes count as 2 words.  The publisher's criteria of acceptability is final.  We reserve the right to decline or edit any advertisement deemed unsuitable for publication.
